REFUNDS & SHIPPING

REFUNDS

SIGNAGE: We do not accept returns/provide refunds once item is made, as all items are custom made and approved by customer before creation.

BALLOONS: Once balloons are picked up/dropped off- responsibility is transferred to customer.

CHARMS: We do not accept returns/provide refunds if charms become damaged by customer. Each order is shipped out with charm care instructions on how to insert and remove charms without damaging them.

DIGITAL GUIDE: No refunds. Guide is digitally delivered automatically once purchased.

If you receive an inaccurate item, please contact us at luxurylabelto@gmail.com , with details of the product and the discrepancies. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, with the exception of all statutory holidays in Canada.

For all orders- shipping is calculated at checkout by location and weight.

SIGNAGE:

US/CANADA SHIPPING ONLY.

Small signage = 3-5 days for processing

Large signage = 5-7 days for processing

BALLOONS: 

NO SHIPPING. ONLY PICK UP/DROP OFF WITHIN THE GTA, CANADA

CHARMS:

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING!

2-3 days for processing!

 

For orders within Canada, please allow up to 2 additional business days for shipping delivery. For USA orders, please allow up to 3 additional business days for shipping delivery. For international orders, please allow up to 10 or more additional business days for shipping delivery (unless otherwise specified by shipping selection at checkout).

 

If you have any questions regarding your order's status, please use the tracking number provided to you by e-mail once your order has been processed, or e-mail us at luxurylabelto@gmail.com with your name + order number.

Shipping is offered on all items [excluding any balloon orders].  Shipping is calculated at check out.

Delivery is offered locally within the GTA. Cost for delivery is calculated based on distance.
